Off The Grid
Off The Grid was a fashion social media brand concept aimed at harnessing public opinions on fashion through social media and magazines. It strived to showcase both well-known and underground fashion brands, providing them with an opportunity to expose and share their brand on the platform, including social media content and their own magazine issue. Each issue would have spotlighted a brand or individual within the fashion industry, offering an in-depth analysis of the featured brand. It also included a website where users could read blogs and access the magazine online.
Behind The Process
One of those issues was a conceptual Off The Grid x Yeezy collaboration magazine, includes 32 pages and a deep dive into Yeezy's impact on fashion. Within the magazine, it offers a glimpse into the potential of this visionary collaboration, from its history to its influence and more. The logo was created by 3D scanning the Yeezy Foam RNR Onyx using Polycam. The grid was designed in Photoshop and later animated in After Effects. All the magazine designs were also created in Photoshop. For the photos and videos, I used a black backdrop along with Aladdin lights to achieve optimal lighting.
Social Media
We marketed the brand on TikTok, as it is currently the most popular and rapidly growing social media platform. TikTok boasts a vibrant fashion community, particularly in London, making it the ideal platform to connect with the brand's target audience.
